Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Start the trial with your email and mobile number. Add a payment method only when you decide to subscribe.
What happens when I reach a Base limit?
The app tells you at that moment and offers the add-on that lifts it. Nothing stops working.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. The change applies from your next billing date.
How do I pay?
By mada, Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay, or bank transfer for yearly plans. You get a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice for every payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the refunds and cancellation policy for details.
